Automated AS/RS stacker crane racking is the core load-bearing steel framework of fully automatic stereoscopic warehouses (Automated Storage and Retrieval System, AS/RS). Unlike conventional manual pallet racking, this rack system is precision-manufactured to perfectly coordinate with rail-guided stacker cranes, conveyor lines, WMS warehouse management software and WCS equipment control system.
It supports 24-hour unmanned inbound, storage and outbound operations without manual access inside rack aisles. With customizable height ranging from 6m to 45m, it maximizes vertical plant space and multiplies storage capacity by 3–8 times compared with traditional flat warehouses. Widely deployed in new energy, cold storage, pharmaceutical, auto parts, large home appliance, e-commerce and raw material intelligent factories.

1 Precision Upright Columns
- Material: 1.8–3.0mm thick cold-rolled shaped steel, integrated bending reinforcing ribs to resist long-term heavy-load deformation
- Standard hole layout: Double-row composite lock holes (diamond self-locking holes + circular positioning holes), uniform 50mm vertical pitch for flexible layer height adjustment
- Machining tolerance: Straightness ≤1mm per meter, overall verticality of full rack ≤3mm per 10 meters, ensuring stable stacker travel
- Smooth burr-free punching avoids scratching coating and hanging components
2 Anti-Seismic Double-Lock Connection System
- Self-locking stamping hanging clips lock into upright diamond holes for primary fixation; grade 8.8 high-strength bolts for secondary anti-drop locking
- 3mm thick clip plate with galvanized base layer, zero shaking under frequent stacker start-stop impact
- Complete horizontal cross braces & diagonal bracings connect individual rack units into an integral rigid frame, absorbing vibration generated by high-speed stacker operation
3 Intelligent Automation Matching Design
- Reserved mounting slots for barcodes, QR codes and RFID tags on each cargo level for digital inventory tracking
