A carton flow rack is a modular gravity-based storage system upgraded from standard pallet rack structures. Different from static storage racks, it adopts inclined roller or skate wheel tracks, enabling goods to slide automatically by gravity without electric power or manual pushing. The core design is the separation of rear replenishment and front picking, realizing uninterrupted warehouse operations.
